Reiki training is an invitation to build a relationship with stillness, intuition and compassionate energy work. Patrick’s teaching combines traditional foundations with practical guidance you can use confidently in everyday life.

From first steps to Master-Teacher
Reiki Level 1
An introduction to Reiki, its history and principles, self healing, hand positions, energy awareness and the foundations of safe everyday practice. No previous Reiki experience is necessary.
Reiki Level 2
Develop your practice further through the traditional Reiki symbols, distance healing and deeper practical application. This level supports more confident work with Reiki for yourself and others.
Reiki Level 3
Advanced Reiki practice with deeper personal development, refined energy awareness and advanced techniques. It is a committed next step for learners considering professional practice.
Reiki Practitioner Course
A dedicated pathway for developing Reiki into a professional practice. It covers practical client skills, consent, boundaries, session structure, appropriate record keeping and the confidence to work responsibly with others.

Atlantic Flow training draws on more than two decades of experience and includes a Usui Reiki Master-Teacher and Seichem Master-Teacher. Training options will clearly explain the lineage, level, format and prerequisites so you can choose the route that fits your experience.
